at the concert for lunch and dinner

Cost:
$60 (not including 2 travel meals).
In order to sign up we need a non-refundable deposit of $40 and then we will need to collect the balance by Sunday Nov 21. We will also need a release form notarized.

Deadlines:
We have to start booking the hotel rooms in October so if your student wants to go then we need the $40 deposit by Sunday October 3.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This trip is a wonderful way for students to participate in missions in a very tangible way. There is probably no better way to start the Christmas season than to serve the Lord at Operation Christmas child! Parents are welcome to come and chaperone/serve in this ministry as well. It is also important to note that students must be at least 13 years old by the trip date to qualify to work.
